loan balance on this unit is $39,730.31 as of
January 27, 2010. Bank of the West (BOTW)is
willing to conduct a "short sale". So, send a
reasonable offer and I will present it to the
bank. Offers submitted need to be accompanied with
a pre-approval letter to show that you are
approved to be financed for that amount. If you
are paying cash, you will need to submit a letter
from your bank stating that you have the funds to
cover the amount offered. BOTW will either accept
your offer or not and you will be notified either
way. If accepted, you or your lender will get full
title. California Registration is current through
Fall 2010...I believe it's Sep'10.
These are actual pictures, so what you see is what
you get. One of the best parts of this bunk house
floor plan is the second bedroom! Enjoy watching a
movie at night in the living room while the kids
are asleep in their own room. Privacy in a 5th
wheel? Who would have thought! The spacious king-
size bed in the master makes a nice retreat area
complete with TV.
Managing this fifth wheel is really easy. The
black and grey water tank pulls are in one easy
compartment with the outdoor shower complete with
soap dispenser. There is a second grey water tank
for the kitchen galley that also has easy access.
There is a central vacuum that does a great job
and is easily accessible for both the interior of
the RV and the basement area below. Love that
feature! This RV has such a great storage capacity
underneath, too. Easily store your bike or
whatever fun toys you are taking. There is plenty
of storage in the interior cabinets and even more
is found under the bed, under the lid of the
dining table and each of the four dining chairs!
The storage in the dining table to be a great
place for your laptop when not in use.
There are so many features to this recreational
vehicle that aren't even mentioned so be sure to
check out the manufacturer's brochure for the 2007
Keystone Everest (let me know if you need the link
to the brochure). Raised panel doors, ceiling fan,
Corian counters, garden shower and more. Cold A/C
and Central Heat are just a few of the many
features. This bunkhouse model features a Standard
King bed (76" x 80"), a queen size sofa bed in the
living room and the "bunk" or second bedroom also
has a queen size sofa bed and a twin size loft bed
above the closet and entertainment center. There
are also TV's in each of the bedrooms and the
living room and each are satellite ready. Also,
the closet in the master bedroom is plumbed for a
washer/dryer. BTW, if you're under 6'2" you won't
have to duck in the master! LOL.
I am selling this unit because I do not have the
time for it. I have sold my truck and this unit is
in storage. I and am only maintaining my good
credit at this point. My goal is to get this off
my credit and purchase a home. If not, I'll be
looking for land :-D
