FOR SALE: flawless... The 35TMS is in my opinion the best over all floor plan that Grand Junction has to offer. This is a rear living floor plan but also the kitchen is huge with tons of counter space. The bathroom is completely seperated from the living and bedroom areas and can be accessed from the hallway or the bedroom. There is a 12 gallon hot water heater and we have never run out of hot water. The bedroom is huge with beautiful cabinetry and lots of storage.
