FOR SALE: Excellent Condition... This Motor Home has been equipped for comfort and ease of use. It has most available factory option features plus several after market items that make life easy and fun.
The separate bathroom has a full stand up shower, large storage, foot operated flush toilet, and two medicine cabinets that make this more like home than you can imagine. Also it is prewired and plumbed for washer and dryer.
The bedroom is private and features a queensized pillowtop mattress with a full hanging closet with mirrored sliding doors. Along with numerous drawers and cabinets, storage is no problem. A 19” color TV is installed for viewing from the bed. Day/night shades make for privacy and sleep comfort 24 hours a day. The bed and cupboards are on a slide out for the spaciousness needed.
The living area features a queensized hide-a-bed which is rated safe for three passengers to ride when the vehicle is in motion. The dinette area makes into a bed that is great for the grandchildren. There is also an ultraleather extra large recliner with a footrest for more comfort. The carpets are 100% nylon both in the living area and the bedroom. (New 7/2005). The Kitchen, bath, and hall floor is ceramic tile found in many expensive homes.
The kitchen is equipped with a three burner/oven propane stove and a microwave/convection electric oven. The solid wood panel two door refrigerator features an ice maker. There is also more than enough storage in the pantry, drawers, and cupboards for food and cooking needs for weeks on end. A double sink with solid surface covers that match the counter tops and covers for the stove make meal prep a breeze. Again the day/night shades provide all the privacy you would want.
The cockpit features a premium AM/FM cassette stereo with multi disk CD changer that is wired throughout the coach. Coupled with a Sirus satellite radio receiver, all within easy reach of the driver, driving fatigue is reduced to a minimum. The driver’s “Captain’s Chair” is a six way power Ultraleather seat that offers the comfort of living room chair. Add directional in dash A/C and electric sunshades all around and the miles click by with no effort. The copilot’s chair is also Ultraleather and fully reclines to allow sleep or just relaxing. Also included is a custom designed footrest. Both driver and copilot chair swivel to become part of the living area. Custom directional halogen lights have been added to allow easy reading without disturbing the driver. A 23” TV is mounted overhead forward shows TV from local stations, Cable TV, or Satellite TV from the roof mounted King Dome antenna. Also a VCR and a DVD player provide choice viewing. Of course all of this is also available to the aft TV which can watch the same show or another.
Outside, you can sit in the shade of two awnings mounted on the right side on the outdoor carpet and in the eight chairs that are included. Plus, no need to go inside for the beer or soda since a second refrigerator is located on a slide out in a storage compartment. A Bar-B-Que is included that connects to the coach propane system and mounts on the side to make camping and tailgating a snap.
If stopping at a campground, a 50amp marine 25 ft. power cord and a 25amp marine power cord are included. Also included are a 75 ft 50 amp extension and a 25 ft 25amp extension for use when you park in the friend’s driveway. Freshwater hose, and 75 ft. of sewer hose is included.
Everything, including the two 13,500btu roof air conditioners, can be powered from plugging in or by the 7.5kW Onan Quiet generator for remote location campsites. Also included is a Hart 2500 watt inverter/charger so you can live for up to two days without use of the generator on the 700amp hour deep cell batteries. These batteries are recharged from the engine, plugging in, the generator, or the solar panel mounted on the roof.
A Blue OX vehicle tow package is included with an integrated bicycle rack. This tow is rigged to integrate the lights and brakes with the coach. |
